Once you get it all synced up, it works well and is very easy to operate. I'm of the older generation and had an issue with the menu labeling. It separates the day into 4 time periods that they call, "Wake, Away, Home and Sleep." Wake, Home and Sleep are pretty obvious but I kept thinking that the "Away" was for a vacation; when you were away for an extended period of time. It's really meant for when you go to work each day. Once I got passed that issue, I'm pretty happy with it. If they had outlined this a little more clearly in the instruction manual, that would be helpful.

After setting up the thermostat by the installing technician, we had to change the temperature showing, as it was 2 degrees more then the actual temperature in the room. It took a few times looking at an online video and reading the installation manual to figure out how to make the changes. We now have it connected to google home and can now tell google where to set the temperature. This is definitely worth having.
