The product works well. I have a Bluetooth problem with my downstairs unit and customer service did not help and dropped the ball. I have be on the telephone over 4 hours and chatting on line 2 to 3 hours. The agent on line dropped me. I’m not happy!

The Thermostat works wonderfully. However, the APP interface needs to improve. The APP needs to have ability to show if Heat or Air is ON or OFF.

Excellent thermostat! It does everything I wished it would do at a good price. My only issue was that I purchased 3 and one of them is 2 degrees out of calibration. They are in a large room where I have multiple stats and it adds to the difficulty of balancing.

Great product! I can keep an eye on the temp at our home when we are not there and change it if needed. Also if we forget to change it, I can do it from my phone. It allows us to set the temp when we are on our way so the house is perfect when we arrive. I was able to add my other 2 Honeywell thermostats and monitor all 3 houses on one App. If something goes wrong, I am alerted and can get it fixed immediately.
