The Resideo App is inconsistent and sometimes does not respond. The app is clunky and is in need of serious repair. Does not always update my selections, does not turn on my AC, it does not turn off my AC, and sometimes just crashes. This happens most times when I am outside of my home and have a very strong Internet connection with zero problems running other apps. It’s sometimes happens at home. Most of the time the remote access to my thermostat is useless. Please fix this.

The software app is the worst I have used to date. I am a computer engineer for a fortune 5 company and had nothing but issues. Finally got it setup after searching the web to resolve problems in the app and accessed the app 2 days later and my thermostats disappeared from the app and need to be configured once again.

It's holding the temperature steady without a vacation hold in place. It hasn't gone offline yet, which is much more than I can say about the T10 thermostat. I am not at the residence this summer, so haven't used it much. It was a installed to replace the T10 thermostat we had which would go offline about every 4 week and take 2 days to fix. The app is working for the most part, but not totally user-friendly. Overall, not really impressed. I hope this new T6 thermostat changes my mind about your company.
