This stat works. We have set a filter reminder every 3 months but it does not Remind nor resets. We have a heat pump with gas emergency heat. The stat does not tell us when switched to emergency heat source or back to heat pump Have not found parameters when switching back to heat pump Also would like to see outdoor temp displayed on stat. Currently using internet for outdoor temp. Plan on putting in a lovsl temp sensor

Worst wifi app and thermostat I have ever owned

Although I wanted to love the Honeywell thermostat which I own two, I can't. Since I have owned them one for my upstairs and one for my downstairs which has been less, they have gone offline/disconnected from the app over seven times. I have tried callaing Honeywell in which I was left on hold for over 3 hours and then hung up on. Then again called several more times and placed on hold again for over 2+ hours in which noone has ever answered my calls. I have tried the chat line and have never been able to get my issue resolved. I have emailed and received a blanket response back. The response was to try and turn off my cellular on my phone and only use wifi. Well, what use would this do. How on earth will the thermostats work when I am away from my home if my cellular is turned OFF!!! The whole point of a wifi thermostat is so that I can control it when I am away from my home. Even the so called Honeywell professional installer that installed the thermostats cannot figure out what is going on with the app. Its not my router because I have a tech person out to my home. Its the app/thermostat. UGH!!!

It was a bit difficult to set up with mobile app., but once done the mobile app is easy to use.
