It does not appear to follow the programmed schedule. It seems to do what it wants when it wants. Maybe mine is bad ?

Seems to be working okay. But setup was a real hassle. The HVAC person couldn’t set it up despite trying multiple ti,es and 30 minutes, he left it to me to contact support. It took another 30 minutes for support to get me up. He was very patient and assured me he would work with me and get it setup, which did. Thermostat works fine, but literature needs to be simplified. I still have no idea what geofencing is. I probably should have gotten the thermostat that had full color display since I don’t always use the Resideo app to check thermostat while at home, and this one goes dim.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Seems MUCH easier to use than other manufacturers.
LOVE that it is on my phone, can control from anywhere.
Houghton Lake Michigan company, All Shores, did an excellent job installing. Very happy.
We have two, one in main area and another in basement.
We leave for the south and only heat the basement, knowing that will heat the pipes, and a 'little' on the main floor. Can now easily monitor the temp from anywhere we go.

I have had Honeywell Thermostats before that I liked better. The mobile app is horrible and needs alot of work. The old app worked much better with no glitches.
