It works as advertised. The app is pretty intuitive. The wi-fi works well. I’ve not had any connectivity issues in the 3 months we have owned it. One thing it lacks is the dual function capability that the Nest has...meaning I wish you could set a minimum temp for the heater and a max temp for the AC. Meaning, you say “if the temp falls below 68, turn on heat. If it goes above 74, turn on AC”. I’m not sure what’s keeping Honeywell from incorporating that feature but it would be really handy. I’m probably switching to a Nest on that reason alone.

Excellent quality. I'm uncertain of cost because price was included with complete re-do of HVAC in our house. Very easy to use and can also be controlled from a smart phone remotely. Has been reliable since installation two weeks ago. My wife and I both like its design and ease of use. We live in Las Vegas, NV.
