The app keeps signing out and it doesn’t recognize the password. And when I reset it the password it tells me that it is the current password.

Fundamentally it's a programmable thermostat that gets the job done. However, the app is quirky (one example: if you go to set up a new schedule it deletes the existing schedule) and the device itself does not handle wifi "blips" well - which happen often where I'm at in Florida. I'm happy enough with it, but overall improvements in connectivity and app behavior would make a big difference!

A few times I’ve turned off the thermostat from my phone to find out it did not turn off. A bit worried as it shows off on the app but the system was still running.
