Had issues keeping this thermostat on. It would turn off on its own. We live in Florida... We can't have an A/C that doesn't work

It would have been nice if it was mentioned in the instructions that in order to have the thermostat sync up with the wifi that you would need to disconnect the thermostat from the power and then re-power up.
