The ac will not stay on. It got up to 88 yesterday however we set the temperature on thermostat on 70. Called tech support and he didn’t know, said it was weird.. schedule is not on.. I would think if you set it to cool to 70, it would cool to 70 and cut off.. instead it cuts off about every 10 minutes and eventually gets up into 80’s which is unbearable im Mississippi. Don’t know what else to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works very well with Bosch heat pump DC inverter. Easy to setup and adjust in Resideo App. Programing and scheduling was easily done. Easier than I remember in Total Connect app.

It was to difficult to set-up and I had to hire a technicians to do it and he also had problems. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with one of your customer service rep in order to get this set-up. I am not referring to setting up the schedule. I also had a question on that and called in but was on hold for to long so I gave up. Poor help from your end.

We had a very hard time getting it set up. It just would not connect and finish the set up process. It took a while but happy with it now that it’s completed.
