We had to replace our old thermostat that malfunctioned. Our HVAC person recommended this thermostat to replace our old programmable thermostat. We now have the capability to monitor the thermostat with the app on our iPhones. We would highly recommend this thermostat.

It was extremely hard to get installed. My Hvac guy asked me if my son could install it and I said NO because I was paying the Hvac company. Hvac guy finally called your company and got some help but it was a LONG process getting it installed. It is also confusing with the Honeywell name as well as the Resideo brand names. The AC pops on and off a lot so I hope everyone's signals are getting to the right place. I just wanted to replace the other thermostat I had because it was hard for me, an older person, to read and set up.
