went on a trip with family at home and screen has gone blank and app says it’s offline. forgot my password and there’s no way to reset it. leaving my family unable to access thermostat

This a very nice and easy to use T6 thermostat. I use it with Alexa and SmartThings and works well with both. There was a glitch setting up with SmartThings but eventually I got the two thermostats to connect after about a week. Maybe Samsung fixed the problem?
