I can not get the thermostat to be synced to the to the app. It keeps telling me that the product is registered to another person. The other two are running great. I had to rest the settings on the thermostat to work with the system that we have.

The product is great, however the latest software is very bad. The software get locked up and you have to restart the reload the software if I am lucky I can turn my phone completely off and back on and the solfware it fine. The old software was good

I received a radio error alert. The troubleshooting section of the owner's manual said I needed to have the thermostat replaced. However, online the advice was to pull the thermostat off the wall for one minute and return to the wall...that worked.

We just bought a new home and this thermostat was installed by the builder. Setting it up is not intuitive and the directions are not detailed enough. Having lots of trouble getting the house to a comfortable temperature in either of the two zones.

Contractor said the wiring was coded different than other thermostats which caused it to basically wire backwards & had to be shut off at the breaker. I get messages daily that it lost connection to my phone. This thermostat needs bugs worked out.

I wish I knew to pull the thermostat off the wall to reset it and then I wouldnât have needed to call a tech. I know now and was glad the tech had to call and get help. Neither of us knew that that was all we needed to do to reset everything.
