We just replaced our existing thermostat with the T6 Wi-Fi. Couldn’t be happier with our selection. Easy to load the app on the iPhone and easy to use. I no longer have to go upstairs to change the thermostat settings. I just use the app from my family room chair. Life is good!

Thermostat might be good; app crashes constantly

App has crashed about a dozen times. It has allowed me to complete minimal setup, but truly has crashed a dozen times. Usually it become inoperable so I must get to app settings on the phone to uninstall. But, despite many reinstalls, it still crashes and wont' start and won't even allow Android to report the errors. Also, web site, more often than not, does not load next page from many links (insufficient capacity?). I tried a call; I took the call back feature; they never called. I tried chat, not one for most of an hour, then I did other things and they dropped the chat.
This product is great. You can set it from anywhere thru your phone app.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cannot find error 202 in printed guide or online. lights up at odd times with "register online" message, wifi off, but very mixed messages online about issue.
We are gone a lot and want to change the settings to a different level. It has an “away” mode, but switching between home and away is very complicated and leaves one with great uncertainty as to what was really done.
