Unreliable Thermostat

We built a new home 1 1/2 years ago and the builder installed two T6 Pro Smart Thermostats in house. We are very happy with how the thermostats function when they are working and I love the remote functionality. One of the thermostats stopped functioning last March. The thermostat was replaced by the builder under warranty and has been working fine since. The second thermostat stopped functioning last week. Again, it was replaced under builder warranty. I am concerned about the reliability of this thermostat as 2 out of 2 thermostats have had to be replaced in less than 2 years. I am concerned that I will be stuck with a bill when they come off warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What a great device. It allows me to control the temp no matter where I am at. Even if I need to modify the schedule. It may take a little time getting it set up correctly depending on your ISP but it is worth it.
