Excellent thermostat with a lot of options. However, it's notoriously difficult to connect to the Internet. Even with help from their customer support, it was still impossible for 2 of my 3 thermostats to connect. I'm using the app. I'm following directions. Still can't connect.

This thermostat was insalled and set up by the contractor who installed the furnace. It worked perfectly and stayed connected to me router until Resideo appeared. Now the app can't find the thermostat, and it will not connect to my router at all. several uninstall/reinstall attempts have been made, to no avail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very basic Thermostat. Does not track patterns, and only has sleep and awake settings. I'd like to see at least 5 or 6 modes that I could use throughout the day. WiFi drops often and goes offline at least once a week.
