It’s pretty simple once installed & programmed. I can control the temperature remotely after guests leave my rental property which will save me $ on my electric bill.

A little bit too complicated to schedule, could be made much simpler. Also the actual temperatures maintained are not always what is scheduled, seems the thermostat has a mind of its own. Same thing with the time periods. I found the only way round the scheduling issues is to set each period for the same temperature, which is not satisfactory, but it works here in the desert. I would not purchase this thermostat, it came installed with the new home bought.
