A great & very easy to operate unit. Set up was a breeze, even for a non tech savvy person. We had 3 units installed in a multi zone home. They work perfect & our home is balanced.

Installer failed multiple times to get this top work with our Daiken system. Miserable support and far too complicated. There are so many ways for this device to fail it is unreliable in our experience.

This thermostat was installed to replace the ones that came with my home three years ago. I have a smart home and the original installed with the system was not wireless. It worked fine for several months, but now it stops working every three or four months. I live in Florida and it gets really warm, so not having a working AC unit is not accpetable. The local com pany that provides services is very slow to response and I havve to wait from 24-36 hours to get a technician. sometmes, the tech arrives after 9 pm. Horrible!
