Well the thermostat is not working with wifi

Press temp , and nothing happens . Want WiFi to activate. Press for 5 seconds.

Thermostat reads 6 degrees higher than the actual temperature. Called Honeywell for warranty replacement. They asked me to contact a local contractor, and the local contractor wanted to charge me for a service call to diagnose the issue instead of replacing a defective unit free of cost. Obviously I have installed the old thermostat back. Disappointed in the warranty process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
