The WiFi inexplicably stopped working, and the instructions from the app on how to reset the WiFi don’t work. If I’m ever in a position to choose a thermostat for purchase, Honeywell won’t be in the running.
Have (4) of these T6 Pro's in my new house. Very easy to use one on one, however syncing them with the app is not as simple. It took me almost 2 hours to get them to sync. You would think it would be as simple as turning on the WiFi switch and it instantly shows up on your app. Not so. You have to go through this whole procedure with your phone app then back to the thermostat then back to your phone all to find out it did not take and need to do the advanced setup. Well all appears well when you see connected on your thermostat but your phone app says it failed...back to the begining...humph! Was able after multiple attempts to connect get them all working but after a week I am now getting failure notices "unable to connect to WiFi on two of the four units. Our WiFi is working correctly the remaining two are having no issues so now I have to reset the thermostat all over again which is very frustrating.
I love theT6 Wi-Fi Thermostat. It keeps my home at the correct temperature and I can use my phone to change the setting. I like to sleep with the temperature cooler. When I go to bed I don't have to get up to change the temperature I just do it in bed with my phone.
Love the ability to set the temperature remotely so that our home is comfortable when we return. Also appreciate being able to change the schedule when our schedule changes.
It's ok, but lacks humidity sensor. The Honeywell App on a Samsung S7 Edge, displays "No internet connection" and displays a black screen. Must restart app to recover, this is annoying. App seem to work better on Samsung S9.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was told this product had a battery back up and that is the reason why this device doesnot connect or lose connection. the phone service is terrible. I am returning this product ASAP!
So far is working great for us......start up was easy.....and now love the ease of use. Programming feature well worth it as is the wifi......adjusting and checking temperatures while not at home!!
