Wifi connection will drop every once in awhile. I remove the unit from the base and wait a minute before putting back on. Seems to take care of it.

The instructions and the navigation through this thermostat isn’t easy. I considerate the least user friendly out of all thermostats I’ve purchased.

At my previous home I had an EcoBee thermostat, but upon moving to my new home was provided (3) Honeywell units in a zoned configuration. I found the Honeywell as robust as the Ecobee and much easier to configure and use overall!!!

We could get my wife's Apple X10 to work, but the T6 will not work with Samsung 8 or with Samsung A71. We had an engineer come around to try and they could not do it either...
