The base of the thermostat was faulty and had to be replaced a week after the install. I have other smart thermostats that have more features.

Initial install was fine. We switched internet providers. I could not figure out how to switch thermostat. Neither could contractor. So he ordered a new one. Ultimately, he left without setting it up. I set up with husband's iphone not galaxy

I like that I can see and change my temp. I think itâs to complicated to do the scheduling feature.

I could not get the first thermostat to program to my phone.the second one programmed right away.it worked out for the best.when the installer came back to install the second one he found that a wire was not properly attached on the new furnace.

I love being able to check the temperature in my home via my phone. Also, being able to change the temperature if needed. We also had it set up on my husband's phone. So easy to use. Thanks!
