It's easy to use and I love the bigger numbers and the larger font, it's easy to see. The app is wonderful and easy to use. I love that I can set my thermostat from my phone so I don't have to come home to a hot or cold home. Getting an energy credit for going smart also sweetened the deal.

Programming is not very user friendly, and a bit confusing when it comes to automatically changing back and forth from AC to heat (as needed during shoulder periods).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thermostat that works great with Steam Boilers

read lots of bad reviews prior to using this thermostat. It came with a new HVAC install of which the HVAC tech installed. You need to know a little about HVAC if installing yourself. The wifi setup was easy. Setting up a schedule was easy. My only negative comment is the 2 day delay in runtime stats on the App. This product does exactly what it's supposed to do

I've only been using the T6 Thermostat for about a month and so far it's working well. At the moment, I'm only using it for heating as I don't yet have an air conditioner installed (hopefully that will be added next year). I haven't yet explored all the functions of the Resideo app, but do have a basic schedule set. Changing settings either from my phone or the thermostat is very easy.
