Have only had product for 3 weeks, and now getting error message that WiFi isn’t working in unit. Can’t get in touch with contractor and will be forced to buy another one. Would be satisfied if Company would simply send replacement

No user's manual . Your documents are poor. To make one for my wife I had to assemble pieces from another manual I found in one of your several web sites. Contractor wired up the 2 stages W and W2 correctly but did not set the dip switches in furnac

Was fine for a year - went offline when I did the May upgrade. Have tried everything to retire wi-fi with no success. Tried the help line 3 times - every time it's call over-loaded or down with tech issues......oh brother....
