T6 randomly turns off or to heat during TX summer

The thernostat randomly turns from cool to heat to off throughout the day, it will randomly re-enable its schedule even if I turn them off. It worked fine for a little bit but now its just plain unusable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great once the WiFi connects. One of the hardest pieces of equipment I've ever connected to WiFi. The installers were of no help. It took 2 hours of trying to finally connect. Luckily I don't like to be defeated by technology. Most people would have given up and called tech support. My furnace salesman was surprised that I wanted WiFi considering my age. I understand now!

Thermostat works fine but am unable to connect it to my app despite multiple attempts by Honeywell to help. Honeywell indicated they would get back to me on multiple occasions after elevating the case to a higher level and have never gotten back to me.
