Overall functionality is good. Does everything, including automatically switching between heat/ac to achieve preset temp (how was thing not a thing in the past?). Only issue is a 'lag' between the thermostat and app. Often the app has to be refreshed or closed and re-opened to get the correct reading/setting on the thermostat.
