Works great! I use it at my summer home at the beach. I raise the temp when not there and as I travel there I lower it to my desired comfort level. When I get there the temperature is perfect. Also, when the power went out during the hurricane, it registered as off line. So I knew about how long the power was out. Very happy with this thermostat.

So far. So good. I use it in my vacation rental home in North Carolina. I live in Florida. When I have renters I can control the temperature in the home to prevent high power bills. I can tell if renters are running the AC while the doors are open. Or windows are open. Also I set rules about what degrees to use during the summer. If the thermostat setting changes I get an alarm on my phone and I can set it to the correct number from Florida. I'm sure it will pay for itself in a couple of years.

This has been a very easy to use thermostat, I have three in my office and I really like the ability it program them individually or together every day. Which is an option that is kinda hidden when you select weekly programing. Thumbs up.
