HVAC recommended this product and he was not very good with the programming. We have had issues with the unit switching randomly to a different temperature. Trying to set it and forgot it and not chance a switch between Home and Away.

enjoying this product but one suggestion? how about a one-time touch app opener instead of having to (continually) type in email/password AND touch every day? many of my (info sensitive) financial app's have this one-touch does all feature!

The unit won't stay connected to WiFi, the app lags and now the temp reading is totally inaccurate, leading to our AC unit running for way longer than necessary.

Once it was on the wall and set up with the furnace we had a heck of a time syncing it with our WiFi. Once we got it it's working great. We can be out of town and check that our furnace is set at the correct temperature and raise the temperature when
