The app has multiple products. The connection gets dropped and does not reconnect on its own like all my other devices. Also the nest is more hi tech looking.

Installed in our second home by contractor as part of new air conditioning install. We have a Nest at our primary home and find the Honeywell is much easier to use. Very simple to adjust temp or set a schedule. The mobile app is also easy to use.

Not overly impressed, seems very basic Geo fencing doesn't work very well. Actually liked my best better but it didn't work with my new HVAC system.

Why cant the system recinize 2 devices with the geofence. When one person leaves it sets it to âawayâ and someone is srill home. And vice versa

The thermostat works good, the only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because I use it in my garage and it only goes down to 50 degrees. I'd really like to heat my garage to 40 just to prevent it from freezing.

I don't know why but for some reason one of my units - I have two - keeps saying it is disconnected from wi-fi. It it's not one it's the other. I'm not sure what is going on.
