Great Thermostat, but has a glitch aftr app update

I really like my thermostat, in the beginning it worked perfectly. They sent out an update that added auto between heat and cool which I was so happy because that was something I really wanted, but when it came out my sleep setting started cooling the house at 8pm instead of 10pm, so I moved it to 12am but it still doesn’t cool down exactly at 10pm. The wake, away, and home settings are still working at the times they are set to go in for. I also like that you can set temperature auto changed by day. And I really like that it works with Siri and Alexa as well have having a app (the app works better then Siri and Alexa). I enjoy getting alerts when the house reaches a certain temperature depending if it dips below or rises above the temperature I set for the warning. Having animals at home thus feature is very important so I can make sure the temperature at home is safe for them when I’m not home.
