This is a wholly unreliable product. I am now on my second set of thermostats on three floors of my property. I am disappointed the HVAC engineer recommended them, but I am even more appalled by the Honeywell phone support who had a could care less attitude, but I guess it aligns well with the overall quality of the product. When you live in central Texas you need reliable HVAC as the heat climbs. You expect a brand like Honeywell to manufacture and support a more reliable temperature control system. Changing back to the old system if I cannot find an alternative.

After replacing it once and having someone come out several times (from the HVAC company - because Honeywell customer service was absolutely useless) to attempt to help us, which was a period of a few weeks, we finally have a t-stat that allows us to check/adjust tempt from wherever we are at the moment. Took a while, but it is convenient now that it finally works.

The scheduling app does not work. Easy to setup the schedule to cool the house at night and warm in the morning, but it doesn’t actually change the temperature at that time. Very disappointed.
