Nice and easy, but touch screen a challenge to clean as screen even touch sensitive to paper towels and cleaning cloth.

It does Everything it says it does, and is easy to learn. If I had 1 negative comment, the circulating fan doesn't allow me to put it on and off manually.It runs on its own schedule. It runs too long when it does work. I would have preferred another button that I could put on myself, and shut it off myself at any time, To balance the house..When it's air conditioning you don't mind a cool breeze circulating throughout the house. but a lukewarm breeze in the winter doesn't cut it, when you can't control the time. Tried getting through to support 3 times, but after 20 minutes I hung up.. So i'm not using that feature until the air conditioner is turned on. let's hope it work

Honeywell App does not work. Instead of setting a schedule with temperature parameters it does not work at all.
