Bought this about 6 months ago after my wife damaged our 9000. I liked the 9000, except every now and then it would tell you it was changing temperature even though voice command was turned off.
This unit (Lyric T6 Pro) is a poor replacement.
It doesn't automatically switch from heating to cooling.
I can't get the fan to run even in the ON position, I can't find any troubleshooting help here online, I can't change the configuration. Once while I was configuring the stat I saw something about the fan running 30% of the time (but I have it in ON, so it should run - always did with the 9000 thermometer in that setting), but I can`t find it again. [Found it and it is now set to 100%]
The app won`t bring up any configuration information. You have to reload the thermosstat to change any of the configuration settings.
Can`t connect online like I could with the 9000. I was able to set schedule, etc. online.
