Thermostat works great. Nice to have an app to monitor the HVAC systems while we are away.
Only wish was that the App would indicate when the HVAC system was heating/cooling as it does on the display.

This thermostat is easy to use and setup. I especially like the geofencing feature which shuts off and turns on the unit to save energy and cost when you are outside or return to within a pre-set distance from home.

The Smart thermostat is great when it works. For the third time since I paired my phone with the app it has gone blank. It stays blank (with a completely white screen or a completely black screen) for several days before it reappears.

Does everything I want it to do -- and more. Builder installed. However, "auto-changeover" was not enabled. Tech support was very helpful when I decided I needed to switch it on.
