A little tricky to set up, installer gave no instructions. I had to look it all up. Its all OK now, however initial customer support was less than adequate.

These devices never connect. I’ve had it for less than one month and I’ve had to reconnect 4 times. Now there is no connection whatsoever

I dislike how often I have to enter my pin. If I’m home on in my WiFi, I should need the pin so often. Also, I dislike that the thermostat doesn’t tell he how long my system runs.
