I had a problem getting the app to load on my phone. Finally downloaded Resideo App and got it to load. If not for that trouble, I would have rated a 4 star.

Love the new capabilities we have with this new thermostat. Programming is easy, it did take me 2 times to get it to be recognized by my Wi-Fi but that coulda been me… peace of mind for a building that is not occupied nights or weekends is invaluable. Likely doing the house next!!
