Contractor installed while I watched. Followed the directions. Set up was easy. Downloaded the app and connected to the thermostat right away. Set up mile radius for the tri state area of Philadelphia. Can set house to be cool from the Shore. Nice

It was hard connecting to wifi. Always Showing slightly wrong temperature (+1°C). Notification doesn't works properly.

The apps need work. My old thermostat worked fine on android, but the new one breaks my older tablet, and won't allow me to load on a chromebook. It works (sort of) on iPhone, but I keep getting communication errors. The old one did not do that.

Set to come on at 6:00pm for sleep mode (73) and will take 6 hrs of continual running before it gets to that setting. Not your fault - itâs a problem with fan settings. I DO wish, however we could manually set fan in thermostat to L, M, or H
