Easier to use than the unit itself. I was trying to physically turn the unit on to test our heater for the first time and noticed the Wi-Fi symbol. Installed the app was easy after that.

We had to replace our heater and therefore updated our thermostat in the process. The service man installed and programmed the thermostat (with our help). I also installed the App on my phone. We are delighted with the simplicity of making adjustments on the thermostat and on the App.

Wifi works all the time. Updating outside weather is poor. Unit has no auto switch from cool to warm or warm to cool.

This is my first WiFi capable thermostat and, in general, I like it. However, the on-screen menus were not very easy to use. I am using the Resideo smart phone app. It is easier to use and does what I need to do.

Easy to use but wish I could control the amount of inside temperature degree change before the heat pump turns on the heat or air conditioner; the inside temperature difference too restricted (plus or minus one or two degrees, depending on heat or cooling)

Easy to install, but I had experience with hvac units which made the install and setup a lot easier for me.
I do enjoy and use the schedule thru the wifi. I can control the unit from anywhere there is wifi.
