Nice to be able to control our summer house temperature while living miles away. Would like not having to have 2 seperate sites for both our Honeywell thermostats also can’t reset them remotely after an internet or power shut down
easy to understanding program . system is the greatest

Not so great...has a mind of its own

I bought a brand new home with a newly installed T6 pro thermostat. At first the product seemed great, especially being able to use the app to set your temperature. But after a month, the thermostat started acting funny. It basically has a mind of its own, despite me setting a schedule. It has run my electric bill up because it won't turn off at the proper times. I've tried resetting the entire system, and I've tried countless times to get ahold of someone on the online chat and over the phone. But it is next to impossible to get a live person.
