A/C does not work properly with this thermostat. We had it running on heat and we had the temperature set to 68° and it was 60° inside the house but the ac was not running. It was freezing. I switched back to the old thermostat and problem solved.

Unfortunately, the clock on the thermostat is so TINY, we must stand next to it to see the time! Strongly considering a different one that has a larger clock. A rectangular one would have been a better fit than this square thermostat. We like the convenience of adjusting the thermostat using our i-phone. So far, the thermostat has been working fine.

A bit of a neutral rating because this is the second thermostat I have purchased. The first one only lasted about two years. The thermostat was easy to set up and customer service is very helpful if you have a question. I am hoping this thermostat lasts longer than the first one I purchased.

It doesn’t want to stay connected or registered. Despite repeated efforts and several YouTube videos and Honeywell/resideo website, nothing works. It does not have good reviews when it come to the online use of this. So much for having a smart thermostat.
