I bought this for my blind father. Was told it would work with his Alexa so he could use voice to change temp functions by voice. When I had customer service on phone they told me that that function not work good on them , which I truly thank them for being honest my father is 70 and I not need him to get thermostat stuck on 90 when it 100 in something out side .it has still be working wonderful since all he has todo is call me and I can make adjustments from my phone.
