Easy to download App. and comforting to be able to check on temperature or change temperature while away. With high efficient furnace, we experience exhaust vents frosting up causing heat shut down. Now we can address right away if it occurs.

No accurate up to date information on usage. If tenants are leaving the unit on too long I get no notices not great for a landlord who needs to manage utility costs.

I have had a Honeywell smart thermostat for well over a year yet I only used the “smart” capability through the phone app recently. It’s fantastic! Can now very easily monitor and schedule my Home thermostat settings from anywhere!

Very nice thermostat; particularly like that you can program each individual day rather than just M-F / Sa-Su like my old Honeywell. Wall plate covered up area from old thermostat which was great. Excellent product for Snowbirds who want to monitor/control their HVAC system while they're away.
