Definitely not as convenient as the nest I had. I wish it would keep track of the amount of time the heating and A/C ran. That way you could monitor usage.
Not user friendly and hard to pair. Getting in touch with Resideo for technical Support is almost impossible, as you wait on the phone for over 30 min to get through. Phone support is not good and most technicians don’t know what they are doing. Had to pay outside support in my area to come into the house to troubleshoot and pair phone with T6. Went 3 weeks with Resideo and they couldn’t find a resolve; paid outside support and he found it in 5 min and fixed problems.
