Super product on every aspect . However the geofencing should not be based on the « Away » schedule because it obligates you to program the « away » and « home » features. Keep in mind that 90% of the clients only uses the Wake and sleep features.
I love the idea that I can reset the thermometer from my bedroom or from my kids house. The previous owner left their account attached to the system . Costumer service was a breeze. They replaced the previous owners info with mine quickly.
It is a great thermostat. The only problem is that it is almost impossible to connect it to Homekit.. we successfully configured it once on homekit but it was not in the proper home name. We delete it and were never able to reconnect it.
Works OK. No Frills /limited historical monitoring

The T6 Pro Smart Thermostat uses same mounting bracket as T6 Pro. This allowed for a plug and play replacement of builder installed thermostat. The T6 Pro Smart Thermostat works as designed with a programable schedule, through the Resideo application. A negative with the Resideo application is that the run time data collection lags 3 days behind in Resideo application. This delay makes it hard to understand system performance. I noticed that for 2 days in a row it reported running for exactly 8 hours and 6 minutes (the longest runtime since installed), but the temperature ranges for those days, were pretty different. This delay does not meet the functionality I was looking for to monitor a dual thermostat environment. The run time data is only on a per day basis, so there is no visibility into what impact a home / away schedule has on actual usage. Unit does not monitor indoor humidity level, a negative when attempting check environment remotely. Because of these 2 negatives, I am looking at other thermostat options to monitor system performance and home environment.
Installer tried 2 new thermostats and couldn't get it to work with the new gas pack he installed. The thermostat would like restart itself numerous times, not losing power and going blank but screen would restart itself. (like a computer restarting) Temp wouldn't hold correctly, And it would put unit in defrost mode and blow cold air and it is not a heat pump. Heat on indicator would blink. Installer triple check his readings it was set for 1 heat and 1 cool. So he gave up and installed the manual Honeywell until he got us a new Vive brand wifi thermostat. So far it is performing well.
