I ended up using the “professional installer” instructions so it got really detailed and I had a tough time getting through it. It asked questions that I wouldn’t just know generally.

These thermostats were part of the new home we purchased I would have preferred NEST thermostats as they’re easier to use remotely
I have 3 separate units and only one will allow me to connect to my phone.
You explain that to me how these are supposed to be great?

Has a mind of its own. Turns off when you turn it on, turns up when you turn it down, turns down when you turn it up. The app is even worse. Requires constant monitoring to adjust temperature so you don’t spend a fortune heating and cooling.
