I'd give it 5 stars except it's not very intuitive. For the life of me, when I try to return to my set program from a setting that I changed it to, I can't figure out how to make return to the preset program. I go through an endless cycle of the program being on, then, off. I should be able to just hit "run program" and be done with it but that doesn't seem to be the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ease of adjusting the thermostat is wonderful! The current weather, outside temperature, etc., doesn’t seem to be current. Tap the screen and no changes.

Thermostat is one of the best in the industry… once it’s linked to the internet, the Resideo platform and app is very easy to use and gives a quick response. It is not a power “stealing” thermostat like some of its competition is which means that it is truly a universal thermostat replacement. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the 2.4G only connectivity. Some of the new routers are incapable of splitting the 2.4G from the 5G so it will not connect to the router making it just a normal thermostat with an error code and that’s not what you spent money on this thermostat for.
