The worst!!!

I got 2 of these with my 2 new air conditioners and they are the absolute worst to try and connect to Apple iphone. I tried for 3 days and finally gave up and put in Google Nests which are so easy to sync and use. I was surprised that a reputable company like Honeywell makes such a piece of crap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terribly difficult to set up

2 thermostats were installed professionally along with HVAC unit. Both stopped working within a year. It’s seriously the most difficult thing to set up and connect to the Wi-Fi that I’ve ever dealt with. Will be replacing both. 1 star is being extremely generous.

this thermostat is nearly impossible to connect to your phone and once you do it only lasts a couple of days. A plane thermostat with no features would work just as well.

Thermostat went dead

This thermostat was included in our brand new builder home. We have only had it for 1 1/2 when it has already gone dead. Unfortunate because we are having to replace the front and have done research to find out this is common with this product.

Don't understand

I have had the t6 for almost a year now so it has run on heat and cooling. I don't understand some the negative reviews since I have never had a problem. It is right on the money every time

Was OK for a year like a previous one, then tanks

No longer gets the temperature down to its setting. Running about 3-5 degrees hotter than setting. Also stops working randomly and shuts off the AC. Have to turn it off and wait a bit for it to start it back up. Now I need to find a more reliable one.

Worked less than 6 months

This thermostat was included with my new central heat/air unit that was installed less than 6 months ago. The screen went completely blank. The only troubleshooting suggestion from the website was to check the breaker. That was the first thing I did when it quit working.

Do not buy! Warranty not honored.

Unit dead at two years old, blank screen and warm to the touch. Customer service puts up hurdle after hurdle to make warranty claim. When I called the first thing they asked was if the screen was blank. They know they have a defective product!
