Alert for low temp doesnt text or email you

My email is in the app, but when temp falls i get an alert in the app only. No email or text is sent which makes the app alerts useless. I want to be notified if my heat is out.

The unit is easy to program and fits my needs. The night time settings and away time settings are simple to set. The GEO option makes it even better.

The thermostat does it job quite well I.e regulates the temperature, that results in energy saving( saves you quite a bit of money), My gas bills have come down by about 20% due to efficient power management a big part of it goes to the 3 thermostat I installed at my house
