It's ok but not great.
First it would not connect without an IOS (Apple) phone.

My real gripe is the fence only works with one email address. I have turned it off and resorted to timed settings. Much like the much cheaper one it replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great application based thermostat. Easy to set up. It has a lock feature to keep people from adjusting the settings if you choose. I have two thermostats. I’m able to control both of them using Siri, or the Honeywell app. It has everything needed, and even mounted right up to the old holes drilled.
