This product was not able to do the initial set-up with an Android phone. The installer was required to travel many miles to my residence for the initial set-up using his Apple phone. Un-acceptable!!

Installed a new HVAC system. Installers used this thermostat and not the one matched with the system. They did not configure it correctly for 2-stage cooling, never kicked over to high cool. Refuses to stay connected to WiFi more than 48hrs.

I am a contractor and purchased this from Famous Supply (Mansfield, OH) for myself. I am extremely pleased with how it works - and how the app is extremely easy to use! It is exactly what I was looking for.

I never thought about getting a wi-fi thermostat. The A/C went out and they just included it in the package. It has worked perfectly and I like being able to control it from anywhere.
