It’s an intuitive user-friendly thermostat. I like the associated mobile phone app that allows me control remotely. The only issue is that the thermostat seems to disconnect from the Honeywell cloud once a month. I suspect it occurs when there’s a system upgrade. I have to power down and then power up the thermostat for it to reconnect.

Purchased my T6 Pro Smart Thermostat in February and absolutely love it. It's easy to navigate through the menu and adding the app to my phone is a plus. I Would recommend this product to anyone!

I’ve used a Honeywell thermostat for years. This new one came with our new HVAC. I wish it had the exterior outside temperature like our old Honeywell thermastat. I still need to figure out how to program the new thermostat, you can’t just program the thermostat, app required.
