We like the easy set up and ability to change the temp from phone. This feature is great when you are out of town.

The only issue we have had so far is that the on-line access to the thermostat has been spotty. Sometimes it is available and sometimes it is not.

Have not been able to connect the thermostat to the WiFi making this an expensive version of a standard thermostat.

Only had the T6 for about a month so far so good. She does everything I ask her to do. Had not tried the heat yet, but soon.
