I love the fact that I can set a temperature range and it automatically turns from heat to cooling. I also love the fact that I'm able to control it with my phone went away.

I love the flexibility but hated the amount of time it took to set up. More variables means more work to get it right, but once set, it's a gem.

Works great. Bought this thermostat so we could monitor our home temperature from anywhere. We were in Texas when our furnace blower fan went out. (We are from Minnesota.) Luckily someone checked in on our home. The temp was only 35 degrees in the house. This is the best way to control the temperature from anywhere!

The current temperature of the room takes awhile before it appears on my phone giving me false information for temperature adjustments. I've had others that were better. Actually prefer the nest. It also doesn't allow for both A/c and heating adjustments at the same time. It's either heat or cool. I wouldn't buy this but it came with my new a/c purchases

Living in a two story house having the pro smart on my phone is a huge plus. It only take 5 minutes to heat my home. Love how fast it heats or cools my home.
