The thermostat doesn't seem to be working correctly. The programming isn't clear and while I am in school I don't have time to figure it out.

Keeps saying it can not connect, and can not get through to Honeywell support. So it is working just like a normal thermostat on the wall, but a lot more expensive.

Thermostat is great, the app is terrible. Had to spend hours on phone and responding to emails. But, thermostat works great.

I think the thermostat is easy to use and gives clear direction to how the system is performing, even for the most basic users.

The thermostat app does work consistently. The contractor that installed it has been back twice. The customer support people at Honeywell say the problem is voltage drop and contractor says voltage is OK.

Took forever to figure out how to connect the WIFI. Still have not figured out how to program the setback settings.

I like that I can check the status and make a changes to the temp as needed. Only item I cannot control is if the WiFI goes out.
