We have a four wire system, tech tried to adapt the thermostat, worked OK until we left home for about 5 hours, when we returned it was stuck on away and we could not get it out of that mode. Original thermostat was reinstalled, working fine.

We really like the geofencing feature and being able to know that our furnace is working when we’re out of town simply by looking at the app

I do like the Honeywell thermostat. Just wasn’t given a lot of instructions the day it was installed because I had a I Phone and the installer wasn’t familiar with that phone. I am learning on my own and enjoying the things it can do.

Installer was not sure how to operate it. Still not sure if we are taking advantage of full capability. Ready to tell them to provide one with fewer features.

Lost internet connectivity. Fix was by contractor. He took it off the wall & put it back on . This reset it & he told me this was quite common.

So far so good. It take take quite a while to get the right connection to the internet but Honeywell customer service is very good. They walked us through the whole procedure.
