I was originally hoping this would be a great Nest replacement but it just isn't good enough. Setting up wifi was extremely difficult because of the requirement for 2.4 wifi. It also doesn't support temperature monitors for other rooms.

Software isn't very intuitive - setting a schedule seems more limited than previous models. I can't seem to find M-F vs Weekend... the thing always wants to default to Geofence which seems glitchy.

It works fine with the app from my Android phone. The only drawback I see is that it is not compatible with my Alexa devices.

I've really enjoyed my Thermostat! Having the ability to control it while away from home has been incredibly helpful (primarily for my electric bill). No more leaving for vacation and forgetting to set the thermostat higher!
